Hai, remember me?
Three words: writer’s block sucks.
But don’t worry, I’m still here…for another month at least. Crestfallen is expiring this year and I’m not entirely sure how I’ll afford to renew it, seeing as it’s costly for a .nu. If I don’t get to renew it, I’ll be saddened, but I have a plan B. Everyone should have a plan B. Hopefully I can find a job before then.
So what else? The holidays was crazy, lots of food like always, a full house, a full room, no privacy…I can go on. But for the most part, it was still good.
In gaming news, the level 100 wizard tried her hand at PVP…and it reminded me of how evil I can be when I’m pissed. But…well, the bf has me beat in that…he should do it more often. *giggles*
And what else…that’s pretty much it. Just saying that I’m still alive.
Eesh, so like I was supposed to do this a few days ago, but I got caught up with the holiday craziness and literally burned myself out. I’m okay now though.
So round one of the holidays was nice. Good food, some time with the folks, a pimped-out home (very early this time around)…yeah, all was good with the world.
But, I’m still not looking forward to round two. In fact, I might have to get wrinkle cream for all the stress I can sense. This is the time when seasonal depression decides to kick in. It’s much worse than the other few months (longer days and the like), and if you’ve known me long enough, you know that it can get pretty bad without it being winter.
This is the time where it’s hardest to keep sane.
But it’s not all bad. I mean, there’s good food, hanging with family, yelling at family (jokingly 95% of the time of course), and of course presents. In order for me to enjoy it all though, I’m gonna need a tall glass of vodka and Pepsi.
Or some chocolate.
Due to noise interference (read: children), the voice blogging is on hiatus until possibly next entry.
…Okay, maybe not. But this is the obligatory “What did I get for Christmas” post. Now, I didn’t take pictures of everything, but I got a few things in.
I actually got two bags. My sister got me a Kathy Van Zeeland bag with a wallet. It’s really cute. Just need something in baby blue. This one, on the other hand, can match with almost anything in my wardrobe. Since I love bags and purses, this is one of the easiest ways to go when it comes to gift-giving. Next to the Amazon gift card that is.
The holidays are (almost) over, and all of the presents are gone from the tree…well, other than a few for my nephews, but they’ll be back over on Tuesday to open them up. Now it’s time to look forward to 2009. I wish I had something intoxicating for that night. I will need it. Until then, I have to deal with the bickering of children. Oh. Fucking. Joy.
I will leave you with a picture in all my boredom and weirdness. Do not ask. Whatever you do, do not ask.
