Disinterest.

A few weeks ago, I tried to go back to what I used to do online. You know, the whole message board thing.

I remember spending hours and hours and (did I mention?) hours posting on several boards at once. When I heard that Ecstasy came back, I rejoined, hoping that it’d be the same way; maybe not on really large scale. Maybe in between questing on PWI, but I wanted to go back to my roots in some way. I went back to Snark to announce my reappearance, but I also said on there that I’m not sure how long it will last, but I’ll try anyway.

I tried, I really did. But as I mentioned nearly a year ago (eesh, it’s been that long?!!), you can be bored of the internet.

I failed to mention that you can, however, grow out of certain aspects of the internet. I really did grow out of the whole message board scene. I knew I would eventually, but I didn’t know that it would be this soon. Even my interest for blogging of all things tend to wane at moments. It would be moments where I would open up WordPress, and totally lose interest in writing about insurance online, or even letters to Mother Nature.

Does this mean that I’m going to give it up? Nah. I already gave up message boards. I still have the passion to write. And while it seems like pulling teeth right now, I’m sure it’ll come back to me. It always does. But until then, please have patience…

I have no choice in the manner.
