I got this link that said POS systems in my email a while back. Now obviously it doesn’t mean what I was thinking, but I just couldn’t help to think what it could have meant.

POS is an abbreviation that a few people use to describe certain things, whether it be phones, computers, or boyfriends. In the technical sense of the term, it’s referring to them computers that you see with the barcode scanner in stores.

Here’s a useless thought: if a POS system broke down constantly, would a worker say “this POS POS system” out of frustration (in the context that it’s a piece of shit?)?
