It won’t take 2 years…
I had to get flash memory for my camera a few months ago. Well, actually, it was a long-overdue investment. I bought my camera a few years ago, and I actually did buy a card a few months in, but it turned out to be the wrong one. I was livid, and I was out of $40. So I looked for the one that I needed, and it was running $20 more than the one I got before. Negative. So I stuck with the internal memory until I was able to fork over that much money, or when the price drops, whichever comes first.
One night, my mom saw some Nathan’s hot dogs on TV (these things were huge–you can’t find them anywhere) and she wanted me to order them for her. They were having a special where there was 5 payment installments, but it was for one day only. I was like “fine”, and after I did her order, I went to look for the card. I got the card for less than $7 for 5 months. I freaked out, because it was around 11:50, and it would have been over at midnight. I pulled a Cinderella move, despite the site going really slow. A few days later, I got the card. Now I’m free to take more pictures. Of course, I’m going to have to upgrade my camera very soon, but that can wait a bit longer. But it won’t take me 2 years to get it.

Wait, how do the hot dogs tie into the camera’s memory card? I’m confused.
