Hello…not a miracle product!!
A lot of people fall into the trap of television commercials of roach killer, plant tender, and air cleaning products. Some of them work, and some of them only claims that it does. A huge culprit are the ones advertising fat burners. With the US having a serious obesity problem (and the economy, which is causing stress, causing people to eat more, and…you know the rest), people want to see the next miracle product. They don’t care if it will cause them to go berserk, makes them fall asleep on the job, or makes their limbs fall off. They want a quick fix for their neverending weight problem.
I’m a skeptic who would never try anything to alter my weight other than the old fashioned way (and acupuncture, which does work, but isn’t a miracle technique in any way). However, there were moments where I thought “hmm…maybe _____ will work”. Then I look it up and see a million side effects. Side effects for exercise: a healthier heart, and initial fatigue. I’ll take that over anything else.
Moral of the story: Stop looking for a miracle product for the woes. Get off your growing rump and do it the healthier way.

I couldn’t agree more. Of course everyone likes the easy way out of hard things in life, but for things like this it’s not worth the risk.

This entry was perfectly timed. I just started a diet today. Why is it the second you go on a diet, you’re surrounded by deliciously unhealthy things?!
