Why do bigger things cost more without much reason other than more fabric?
When I went to Florida a few years ago, it was bad enough that it was hard to find clothes, but finding swimsuits would be hell, especially since it was an impromptu trip.
So I started my swimsuit shopping, and I find it ridiculous that plus-size swimwear is three times the amount of money than usual. $70-$80. Really not in the budget. It took about a good two hours to look for one that was, and that wasn’t too big. I found a lot of 26/28′s and that was not my size by a long shot.
I found one that was really beautiful. Unfortunately, the top was too large, but since the store was closing, and I was leaving in two days, couldn’t do too much about it. I ended up filling it out with the bust anyway.
I’m glad that I’m not a beach person because I hate shopping, let alone swimsuit shopping. Thank goodness there aren’t any Florida trips being planned either. Pfft, I hate the heat anyway.
