Sleeping is fun.
Either the 6 months’ worth of only getting 3 hours of sleep is catching up to me, or my medication is actually working to make me fall asleep.
For the past 6 months, I would go to bed at 3am. Then, I would have to wake up at 6:30am. So I get at most 3 1/2 hours of sleep. Just recently, I’ve been feeling horrible. I would constantly get headaches, and I was just emotionally unfit. Not cool. I was irritable, and there were days where I just would do nothing but try to catch up. But no matter if I tried–I would still be in bed at the earliest, 2:30am. There were nights where I just don’t go to bed until a quarter to four Knowing I have to wake up 2 1/2 hours, that’s when I wouldn’t even move. But after reaching a climax it seems, I’ve gone to bed at 11:30pm these past few days. That’s a huge improvement. I hope it stays that way though. I don’t know how much my body can take of getting little to no sleep.
In other news, well…there is no other news besides me kind of…messing up the tip of my right ring finger. I can explain this. I was going into my fridge, and when I went to close it, I slammed my finger in it. I never thought about it, until it started bothering me on Monday when I was holding on to the table while at Outback Steakhouse. It’s swollen, but it doesn’t hurt bad unless I hold on to something using my finger tips. Typing doesn’t hurt at all. Good thing, because I’d be rather ticked off about it.
I have a question for you guys. How do you improve memory? Because I can’t remember shit for the life of me. I’m forgetting birthdays and anniversaries and other stuff left and right.

Ugh, my sleeping rhythm has been all over the place too. Granted, I get more than three hours of sleep at night (or day, because I’m awake all night and then sleep most of the day :/ ).
I’d need some memory improvement tips as well. I barely remember what I did yesterday

I used to go to sleep at like 4am and was woken up at around 8 or 9. I wasn’t a very happy camper. So I started going to bed around midnight and waking up at 10. It’s a lot better now.

Sleeping that little must be really hard on your body. I’d be a zombie if I were you. But I’m pretty extreme when it comes to sleep because of a medicine I’m on. Anything less than 12 hours is to little. So I’m pretty much always tired aswell. Good that you’re getting better at sleeping anyway. I don’t think you’d be able to keep it up the way you did much longer since you’ve already had problems because of it.
Memory improvement? I have no idea! I don’t remember anything… ever… If I were older I’d think I had alzheimers.
