Random shit just goes through my head.

August 27th, 2007 at 11:42 pm

Every once in a while, I get some really random shit going through my head. While I was sitting on the bus, I thought about how big the New Year’s party was when it was changing from 1 B.C (or B.C.E for those who like technicality) to 1 A.D (or C.E). Lots of whatever the hell they drink to get intoxicated with, lots of making out…just some crazy shit.

Then I get into some screwed up theories. What if’s, so to speak. What happens when we reach the year 3000 (C.E.)? Do we start counting down again? Like the new year would be 2999 A.C.E, and then work its way down? Or what happens if we get back down to 1 A.C.E (provided that the earth hasn’t been gobbled up by the sun already)? After the countdown, and after a Dick Clark head counts down with the rest of the crazy robots on Times Square, does it go to 1 C.E.A.N (Current Era After Next)? I would love to know how it works out. Now I want to be frozen. Now I’m really curious.

How will the future be like? Will the human race be eradicated by mutant insects? And what about those humans who somehow don’t die from them–will they have little chips embedded in their brains? Will these little chips double as a cell phone and in order to answer it when it rings, they have to knock yourself out? And robots! Will they rule the world? Will they ever find Bin Laden’s head (or body for that matter)?

Will cars actually fly like the DeLorean from Back to the Future? Will pigeons be extinct (I certainly hope so!)? Will rats migrate the fuck out of the Subway system in NYC? Will rats survive with robots making them a new delicacy? Will the Internet finally end? Will Microsoft be bankrupt? Will Pinky and The Brain become real and finally obtain world domination? Will houses have an “Easy” button to just clean up? Will prostitutes have an “Easy” button to turn off? Would my kids learn about the little planet that really wasn’t but they called it one just for the sake of calling it one (this is referring to Pluto, by the way)? If they survive, will the male population have enough blood to work their brains and their dicks1?

We will never know. But it would be cool to find out.

1 I’m sorry if this offended anyone of said male population. I just could not resist. :D

Bwahaha this post just made me LAUGH it was like looking into my own brain xD

I often think of random crazy stuff like that while sitting on the bus. It’s nice to lay it all out on paper (or pixels) and get a good look at it. I’ll be doing that next time I have a brainwave on public transport! ^^

Ps I love your layout (Crestfallen Summer 2007), it’s pretty :)

This entry = awesomeness!

In all honesty though, I can’t think that far, it’s just too overwhelming.

Your post reminded me of something I read the other day. In 3.5 gigayears (I think a gigayear is a 100 billion…but I’ll have to look it up) the sun will be increase in size by 99%. The extreme heat and radiation by then would have dried up all surface water and make Earth uninhabitable. I don’t think a couple thousand years from now will make a difference, maybe humans will still be around.

I often wonder these things too. But i rather not kill myself trying to figure it out last I heard i think and worry to darn much. Gurl you are too funny. I like how u just let loose and just express random things on your mind as to say it as it is… After all its your domain…

Pardon the late comment, I’ve lost track of everything lately.

I tend to veer off into weird brain tangents all the time, mostly about things that don’t make any difference to anyone – like Ragnorok, lol.

Well thats some interesting thinking. I always wonder what the future will be like, and wish that I could be frozen to be able to see I highly dought thats going to happen. I think it’s going to be ineteresting what happens our world has changed so much already in just 100 years.

I get random shit going through my head sometimes too. My friends make up the theories though, I just go along with them. :P I dont like thinking of the future, it scares me.

Ohh my.. you just made me think about that haha.. I am lazy to think so maybe I don’t have that random stuff coming up but sometimes I do and I leave them to my friends and waiting for what they come up to hehe..

Hoi Thar.

Crestfallen is the 3.5-year-old site of a sarcastic 20-something natural-born New Yorker/California implant who goes by the name Nat Marie most days, but answers to many other things, including Shadow, Chickenhead, and "Hey Bitch!". She has a love for writing, performing arts, and cats (albeit allergic to them). You will find love, life, and a lot of writing and sarcasm sprinkled in. Enjoy.
